617 live introduces Boston’s next rising star Thierry Cazeau, a vibrant young professional whose been taking the modeling scene by storm. Born in Haiti and moving to Massachusetts at the tender age of 12, Thierry is proving to be a force to be reckoned with, by professionally modeling for 3 years and being sought after by local agencies as well as international. He is truly on the way to making his mark in the modeling industry.

Thierry is currently signed to Boston’s own Dynasty Models as well as Ice Models which is located in Johannesburg South Africa. He attended Framingham State and studied Business Administration, in the future after modeling he aspires to pursue medicine. Thierry has worked with major clients such as Puma, Reebok, Ed Hardy, Lacoste Penguin, Coskel University and many more. Runway experience includes Miami Fashion Week, New York Fashion Week, Boston Fashion Week as well as shows over seas. Thierry is considered one of the best Runway Models in the New England area. He has worked with prominent local designers such as Handsome Boy Clothing, Prajje Couture and many others. You can look for Thierry to be featured in this year’s 2009 Boston Fashion Expose organized by local prominent designer Prajje Couture as well as various major shows during Boston Fashion Week!

1. What aspired you to get into to modeling?
lol…It’s something that i just stumbled upon, I really never had an aspiration for it. I only got excited when I realize I enjoyed it. When a local designer discovered me…I laughed in his face…lol…because I didn’t think it was something I would be interested in. The more I did it, the more intriguing I found it to be.

2. How would your close friends or family describe you?
My close friends would describe me as caring, loyal, attentive, humorous, a great listener and stubborn at times..lol..I’m also an observer.

3. How do you keep your body looking so right?
I always tell people this..I don’t workout. My body is all natural, I just have a healthy diet….the only working out I do is……..LOL

4. Where do you eventually see your self going with your modeling career?
I will always be involved with modeling, but at some point I will have to venture out to do other things and when that time comes it will most likely be something in the medical field.

5. What do you do in your spare time?
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with friends and loved ones, I’m very adventurous, I like explore different things, and I travel as much as possible.

6. I’m sure all the ladies want to know if your fine self is taken are you? What to you defines a good mate?
No. I’m not..lol. But a good mate to me is a virtuous woman, which I hope one day God will deliver to me.

7. Do you have any upcoming projects lined up?
Well the Boston Fashion Expose and Boston Fashion Week will keep me pretty busy for the Month of September and hopefully New york Fashion week as well.

8. How do feel about the current modeling scene here in Boston?
I feel the city is definitely making moves, even though Boston is a small market, we have the potential to be right there with New york, LA, and Miami. Hopefully it won’t take that long, people just need to put their heads together. We already have some amazing up and coming designers with great talent. Everything is already aligned we just need to make it happen.

9.Who has inspired you in your life?
First is my mother, because she is one of the strongest woman I’ve had the privilege of knowing. Nelson Madella because he is the true case of sacrificing oneself for the betterment of others. Bob Marley because he lived life with a true pure heart, if we could all do that the world would be a better place.

10.What type of music do you enjoy listening to?
I listen to all types of music, reggae, old school r&b, jazz, blues, old hip hop…and little bit of everything else.

Bonus: What is your idea of a perfect date?
The presence of a beautiful female, I would hope she’s just as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside, with no awkwardness, she would definitely have a sense of humor because I love to laugh. Where we go?…it wouldn’t matter what we do because I’m there to enjoy her company.
